Question:

Layered hair- trendy, but classic. (a few pictures for reference)?

Alright, I'm still looking for a hair cut. Could anyone help me out with a few pictures or sugguestions for a haircut?

I have pretty thick hair, and heavier bangs.

My hair has a natural slight wave to it, and when I get it razored it gets kind of that beachy wave, natural flip to it (and I love it)

I'm looking for something that's trendy, (but not too scene) and has a lot of body and movement to it.

Preferably I'd like to keep most of my length (my hair comes down a little past my shoulder blades in the back), but I'd like my layers to start around my mouth.

I love the look of a square jaw.

I want to keep from getting too thin or "skraggly" at the ends.

Here are some pictures of myself:

(here's the most recent pic- my hair looks really flat and weighed down. and yes, I was a mess- I was camping)

(here's about a month or so ago- you can see the whole, wave-eyness of my hair.)

  4. 2nd or 4th.

    they look good.

  5. The cuts are actually very similar in all the pics, just styled different.  If you know you like that type of layer, you just need to decide how short you are comfortable with the shortest pieces being (I think the jaw is good, like you said), and what type bang you like.  The rest is in the products you use and styling technique. Just be careful to get someone experienced with layering that long of hair.  If they aren't, they may overlayer and cause that sparse look at the ends... good luck!

  6. For your face shape , i think the one that would suit you best is
