The Biancazzurri manager urges the authorities to assess the weather conditions before Cesena game; the manager furious with injuries after Genoa defeat
Lazio manager, Edy Reja, is furious with the Italian authorities’ decision not to call off his team’s last weekend game against Genoa due to adverse weather conditions.
The Biancazzurri slumped to a 3-2 defeat at the hands of Pasquale Marino’s men at Stadio Luigi Ferraris on Sunday, February 5.

While talking to the reporters, Edy Reja said,
“The Genoa game on Sunday should’ve been called off, because that was ice-skating, not football. The result is not the problem, but rather being forced to play in those conditions when we struggled to stay on our feet and picked
up three injuries. Stefan Radu is out, while Hernanes needs a fitness test. I’ll try with Marius Stankevicius, but the situation is very bad and there’s no point denying it.”

the game to move on as scheduled.
“We are talking to the authorities and should know soon. We will try to bring it forward, because we are not going to step on to that field in the evening.”
The tactician has demanded support from the fans, and has urged them to turn up in big numbers to support their side. He insists that the cheers of the fans have played a huge role in his team’s success so far this season.
