Lazy eye... anything to help?

I have a lazy eye, and its bad

tried patches, dont work

dont wanna hear anything about patches

i for some reason can NOT use both of my eyes at the same time. my right eye is weak, so i have used my left eye my whole life. i wore a patch when i was a kid, but it did not help at all. they dont work.

  1. carrots help your eyes  get better vision , i think im starting to have lazy eye to , well stop looking in in computers and tv screens but just make your eye healthy to probaly prevent it, go to a eye doctor for more details.


  2. are you under the age of 10?  Patching only works if you do it regularly before the age of 7...and at latest up until age 10.  And you have to followed by your vision therapist regularly to make sure vision is improving and modify your exercises accordingly.  It is a slow and time-consuming process.

    If you are a teenager or adult there is not much you can do to regain functional vision in your "lazy eye". are you seeing double when both eyes are open? If so, you can have prism prescribed for your glasses to resolve  the double vision.
