Question:

Lazy eye???

I'm pretty sure I have crossed eyes since I was at a very young age. Then I got surgery and it aligned my eyes better. But now it seems like my left eye is the "working" eye and my right eye doesn't move. My right only only moves outward, away from my nose. And neither eye can really turn into my nose. But my left eye at least appears semi normal, it just doesn't move with my right eye...they don't move together. If I look left with my left eye my right eye is straight.

Is there anything I can do to fix this? It's so frustrating and I look so retarded like this. :( Btw I'm in my early 20's.

  1. Since you have grown considerable since your surgery your muscles have changed. So, since you most likely have stopped growing your eyes might not changemuch anymore. I would consult an ophthalmologist and see if therre is anything further that they would reccomend your doing to make things more normal for you.  Sometimes they can make things better, sometimes they can't. Only a person that could examine you could make a call like that, those of us in here just can not do it.
