  1. Sounds like he's holding out for the perfect job. Well, that's probably not going to happen anytime soon. Try to convince him to get a crappy job for now and spend his free time looking for a better one. This way, he will be making a little money so he isn't completely broke.

  2.   Tell him to get a job w/in 2 weeks or he's can leave.  There is no way I would support some lazy a-s bum.  Men are suppose to support their family.  The wife's pay check is suppose to make life easier and more pleasant for the family.

  3. This one is a looser you need to set a deadline and let him know he needs to get a job even if it is beneath him. Once he secures the job then he can look for the perfect job. If he does not comply with your demands ditch the looser as it seems to me that he is a user.

  4. I agree with you. It doesn't matter if your scrubbing toilets. If the bills have to be paid then any job should do. If he has the time to look for something that he may enjoy more, or fits his career, then ya let him take his time if he can. But if theres bills to be paid and he's just laying back, then get on his back or out the door.

  5. Just say hey isent it about time you got anouther job? Then if he dont get one that is when you can kinda be mean about it. Like hey you need to get a job dude lol.

  6. Some people simple sit around and wait Hill the “perfect job” knocks at their door and as long as this won’t happen they Hill moan and think that the whole World is against them... it´s a perfect excuse to do NOTHING.

So they do need somebody to tell them to stop complaining and start to do something regarding their situation.

I mean many of us do have a brilliant education and preparation but sometimes the circumstances in life lead us to a certain situation where we do have to accept a job, which is below our expectative.

Clever people do so, because this way they show a possible future employer that they are neither negative, nor lethargic.

Due to my own experience I would not give a high responsible job to somebody who is too lazy to lift his bottom and get work for a long time and prefers to sit around and live on the welfare line or on the expenses of his wife / her husband with the lame excuse that there was no job available for him / her and that he / she felt too important to do accept a job of a inferior category meanwhile.

And I think that I am not the only one who thinks that way.

What can you expect from somebody who acts this snobbish way?

I tell you: This person would never adapt to the circumstances of any company and would moan when any change appears, showing inflexibility and false superiority towards a working team.

I like people who are active and affront any problem like an adult who shows responsibility and self-confidence.

Somebody who sits at home and whines is not that kind of person I would give a job.

Women are cleverer than men in general and instead of wasting their time with grumbling they grow as a person and do what they have to do and get an available job meanwhile looking for something better or trying to grow up in the career ladder of the new company.

And meanwhile this person is working in an apparently inferior job he / she could do some intensive courses to learn more and stay up to date. These courses can be done in an academy or also by correspondence.

It´s easier to get employed with your “dream job” when you are working and showing responsibility and interest instead of sitting at home, moaning and acting like a pathetic snob.

You can tell him this and if he is clever he will understand, if not… well, let him moan and work on your own career meanwhile.

    Hope this helps.
