Lcd Speaker problems.?

I recently installed realtek, and my sound seems to be working, its just very low. But once I take my line out audio jack in the back of my tower half way out, The sound is loud and I can hear the sound clearly. It worked 2 days ago but I caught the infinite loop ati2dvag bug and wiped my hard drive clean. I tried increasing the system volume but that was no help. Does anyone have any ideas as to what the problem is and how I can solve it?

  1. *try going to 'sounds and audio devices' on control panel and check if something's wrong or if the volume is low... if that doesn't work, *try reinstalling the driver for the sound

you can get the sound driver by going to the speaker manufacturer's website, at your computer's manufacturer website or 'drivers & utilities' cd, or by searching it on google... for example 'realtek speaker driver'.... hope that helps...
