Well, if money isn't an option, then go with a LCD.  You can get DLP cheaper in the same size over LCD, but the LCD will weigh less.  Since DLP is a projection type tv, you do have to worry about the bulbs being re-aligned or ajdusted or whatever has to be done to them every once i a while to get your picture looking better again.  Also, the bulbs have to be replaced after a while too.  So, if you can afford it go LCD
