  1. There is no right size screen based on what room it's in. For optimal viewing, screen size is calculated by this distance from where you will usually watch to where the screen will be placed! You'd have to have a pretty large BR to accommodate a 52" screen. lol

  2. what the h**l do u need a telly that big for??,  a normal size bedroom a 27'' would be more than enough

mite as well save the cash just get the 46"

  3. Samsung TVs are very nice, but if I were you, I would find a Sony TV instead. Samsung TVs look great in the store, but when you get them home, they aren't what you expect them to be.

  4. I got a 42 inch Hitachi in a 10 by 16 bed room.

    At first I was impressed.

Now , I wish I had a 52 inch screen after a year the Screen has shrank.

Mine is a Plasma, and that ain't good.

With a plasma Screen You can heat half the house in the winter and in such a small bedroom it turns into a sweat box Year round.

LCD uses 2/3 less energy and as of late even less than that so stick with the LCD.

I won't recommend a Brand name I'll leave that to you.

but the one thing you can count on is a whole world of different advancements in LCD after March 1 next year, you guessed it the February deal, everyone gets stuck with.
