The Miami Heat superstar gives his input on the early season struggles of Los Angeles Lakers.

LeBron James had promised the NBA fraternity of multiple championships when he joined the Miami Heat nearly two years back.
17 games into his first season with the South Florida franchise, and the ‘Chosen One’ knew that he had dug himself a huge pit.
With time, James found out that even with the best of team mates alongside him, he would have to find a common ground for all, for Miami Heat to come close to their promise land. The next few months were all about the chemistry
and when Miami reached the playoffs that April, it seemed that the NBA championship was indeed their destiny in the very first year together. That never happened though as we all know. But, it did, in the very next year.
Miami are the current NBA champions and look set to repeat the feat, barring a major upset, or an increased level of maturity from Oklahoma City Thunder.
Even with all the success, James has not forgotten the journey he took to reach the current status, and when he sees the Los Angeles Lakers struggle, it reminds him of his own pains;
“It takes time, that’s all I can say, it takes time,” LeBron said as reported by NBA.com. “I don’t care what type of talent you have, it takes time. It takes time and we’ll see what happens. I’m not one to say what they’re going
to do. I don’t really care too much about what they do, but that’s my opinion: It takes time to build a team.”
The problem with Lakers is that despite quarter of a season gone, they have not had their four superstars in Kobe Bryant, Steve Nash, Dwight Howard and Pau Gasol together on the court for much. Nash is still out with a non displaced
fracture, and Pau Gasol has just returned from an 8 game layoff. It might be at the end of this year when the Lakers will have all four on the court. Their time to adjust will start then, and if things don’t go according to plan, we might see a Lakers’ absence
in this post season.
