Leadership --x Volleyball?

So here is my team...

A senior ball hog.

Coaches son.

Best friend with a backbrace.

Shy girl.

Boy that is afraid of the ball.

In the way girl.

Alright girl...but is totally backwards.

And me. ((whose played since 3rd grade))

Now if our team hasn't won a game yet and weve played 3 so far, should I step up and become a leader although Im not captain. Or should I just play how Ive been and see what happens for a little bit longer?

AHHH, i have the same problem! My volleyball team sux, and we havent won a game yet (played two) and yesturday we had a game, and we lost all five games!! AHH. You could try taking charge, but it might not work, but I think you should try
