Leaf cell and organism??! HELP!?

what function does a leaf cell serve to the organism? wat is the leaf cell's organism anyway? im totally cluelesss, cant find anything in my textbook or on the net.

An organism is a living thing.

So a leaf cell is in a plant.  The plant is the organism that the leaf cell is in.

There are different kinds of cells in a leaf, but lets choose one of the cells inside the leaf that carries on photosynthesis.  It's function is to make food for the plant.
