Leagal help? choked on a bone in pizza from bostonpizza?

I got a club sanddwich pizza (which has chicken on it), and my bf took his first bite, and he choked up this...well decent size bone. it's sharp as all h**l. What should we do, if anything?

Also you would assume the chicken on the pizza was used from chicken breast, boneless.....why was there such a big bone? it was about this big ======
