Leak coming from my side by side fridge/freezer

Question

I have a frost free fridge but lately I noticed ice forming in bottom of freezer. I believe it melts at some point and then leaks out from under the fridge or freezer. I took the back off of the fridge and saw that the hose was positioned in the water container so that didn't seem to be the problem. Can you help me? Thanks! Marlene.
