Leak from Bostitch coil nailer

Question

Should their be a silicon gasket between the two main parts of the nailer that are joined using 4 allen bolts?
Or just a metal to metal contact?
When I tighten the bolts, the leak stops for a while then reappears after firing nails, I am wondering if the gun firing is making the joint a bit looser.
