Question:

Leaking Freezer (top) on a GE TBX10 refrigerator

The freezer is actually leaking from two places. The first place is from a hole that is located on the bottom outer corner of the freezer door. I don't know where the water usually goes, but it is currently dripping down out of this hole and pooling on the floor. The second place is inside the refrigerator. I have noticed a slight ice buildup at the back around a small rectangular box that juts out above the top shelf. I have put a container underneath it, and it periodically fills up with water. There is a tube that is connected to the temperature control box located on the top right side inside the refrigerator--is this the drain tube? When I called GE, they mentioned that I might have a drain hole/pan beneath the vegetable compartment. I don't. This leaking only occurs periodically, but when it does, both my freezer and refrigerator become warmer. It's to the point that my ice cream becomes the consistency of soft serve. Please help!
