Leaking espresso machine

Question

I have a Delonghi BCO264 espresso/coffeemaker.  It has worked great for 1.5 years and all of a sudden the seal on the espresso part seems to be weakening because it is now leaking and spitting out grinds.  I have tried a local repair shop but said it would cost $45 +parts...I think I need a new seal and maybe my husband can do the labor but I can't seem to find any info on delonghi parts or on seals for espresso machines. Help!
