Leaky home problem - Auckland New Zealand?

I have noticed a couple of area at home with dampness and signs of leak. There's so many companys out there but I want to go for a reliable ones, so has anyone recently have their house looked at due to leaks and can recommend a good company in Auckland New Zealand? Thanks

look for older type homes that have proper eaves, they stop the rain getting down inside the walls,approach your council as regards reg,companies that will tend to your needs, make sure you get it down in writing as some councils were negligent in allowing those type of homes to be built
