  1. Listen to Russian rock like Mashina Vremeni, Kino or Zemfira. Anything, go to youtube. There are so many Russian rock bands. Ask your partner what bands to listen to, that might help.

  2. You'll find a lot of good sites like...

    http://learnrussian.elanguageschool.net/

    http://www.russianlessons.net/

    http://www.practicerussian.com/

    and much more.

Or use a translator... but sometimes its not the best option.

  3. When he proposes, say "DA", yes in Russian or if u want to look sophisticated (LOL!) say "Cunn yesh nuh", of course in Russian

Btw the average age before a Russian man dies is 59 where it is 71 for women. I hope he's not a heavy drinker.

  4. http://www.omniglot.com/language/phrases...

    http://www.languagelearninglibrary.org/r...

This is one of the best:

  5. Leaning  is easy - as long as you don't fall

Learning is something else - After years of intensive academical russian, I can say I read classical and modern books, but not yet fluently -

if you want to say hello it's priviet, bye it's poka, good is khorosho, and huy a very nasty word -

Is that enough ? no !!! ??? come back next week for my second course
