Leappad plus writing system?

hi all

im thinking about buying my son the leappad plus writing system,however there are not many books madeespecially for this systrem.

does anybody know if all leapad books are compatible or is it just the plus writing ones?

i would not think so but i'm thinking about getting my sister little boy one for xmas he love us reading to him

All of the Leap Pad books are compatible but you will only be able to write in the Plus Writing books.

However expect the Leap Pad Reading Systems and accessories to soon be obsolete now that Leap Frog has the Tag Reading System out on the market.
