in how much time can a person learn to drive and get their drivers license

depends where you live

some test centers have longer waiting lists the one near me was 2 months and you can only book it once you have done your theory

you can do intensive courses though where you learn in like a few days solidly then do your test on the last day

It depends , you should have enough experience that you feel 100% comfortable on the road. If you feel like  you can do it than your ready. If you feel like you have abosloutly no clue what you are doing or if you find yourself making tiny mistakes. Such as not stoping at the white line at stops signs, going over the speed limit, not confident at who has the right of way, rolling stops, paraelle parking, 3 point 1 turn.

There's no average.  We aren't machines that follows similar behavior.

Some people learn in weeks, others take years.  Just don't put undue pressure on yourself.  Go at what is comfortable to you.

Well, when your 15 and a half you can get a learners permit, giving you 6 months to learn before you get your liscense.
