  1. You need to apply for a provisional (£45) then use it to take the compulsory basic training course (CBT, £70-£100) then buy a bike (50cc max until your 17, then its 125cc max until you take A2 practical and theory) You then need the ensure the bike has a full mot certificate (£27.50 is it doesnt) insured (Anywhere from £200+ for a year) and tax (£15 per year)

    I think thats all..

    Ant

  2. Well just visit the nearest drivers education resource (visit city hall if you dont know where that it) and they will let you know what classes you need to take and the cost of the class.

    hope this helps

  3. I know Pennsylvania offers a free rider safety course.  It teaches you everything you need to know to be a good safe rider and it doesn't cost anything.  The only thing is you have to sign up months ahead of time cause they get filled really fast.

  4. depends what country you're in!

In the UK, you need your provisional License (about £35 I think)

You then have to complete a Compulsory Basic Training course - or 'CBT'. This is a 1 day course & is usually around £100 or so.

That's it! Get your bike, get it taxed, get insured & you're ready to go!

  5. Contact your DMV.

  6. To ride a 50cc scooter, all you need is a drivers license, you do not need a special license. And if you can ride a bike then you can ride a scooter, its that easy.
