Learner's permit?

my grandmother wants to take me to get my learner's permit since my dad's always busy but do you have to have your parent with you when you take the test and get your learner's?

You have to have an adult 18 and older if you are 17 or younger.

They have to verify insurance.

it depends on the state,generally one or both of your parents must sign for you to get your permit

yes but not in the car with you they take you and sign you in and stuff and you just drive and do what you learned it was easy for me
