Can u driver with other people in the car(if you have your learners permit in CA) if you have a person 25 yrs or old(guardian) in the front seat. My brother says it either has to be only u and your guardian in the car or everyone in the car has to be over 25, so like i cant have my 16 yr old friend in the backseat if my dad is right there?
