Learners permit test online?!!!?

Question

I already took my 4 hour course i went to the dmv and whatever buttttttttttt....i want to take the test online =X i went to this website and it told me that i HAD to take the 4 hour course online if not then i was not capple of taking the test..and thte test is all i want lol. can someone helpppp PLEEASE ?!!! :D
