hi everyone , i need an advice ! i 'm learning german this days and it may last for a year minimum to be fluent in it ! but since my future career requires at least 3 languages so i need to take another language aside! i need to be fluent in all within 2 years !!! so i was thinking of studying 2 languages together !

but some people told me not to because they both will get mixed together and i may end up missing both !!!

what do u think ?

should i finish german then start french ?? or can i take both and save myself a LOT of time??

  1. You will get mixed up. Also, it's pretty much impossible to become fluent in a language in one year! I've been studying Spanish for 5 years now and I'm still not fluent or perfect! I suggest if you want to learn a language fast, study it for TWO years and then immerse yourself into a society that speaks that language for at least two months to get the language and accent buckled down! Good luck!

  2. well i think you should, because being fluent in more than one language is good, and getting both confused is not entirely true, i think thats true when your learning romance languages(french, italian, spanish), because they are all kind of alike, but only sounds change, but german, i don't think is considered one, so confusing them wouldn't be that big of a deal, so i think you should, it would save you alot of time

  3. try it
