Learning Hindi/ Marathi?

Hello, I am going to learn Hindi or Marathi. How long should it take? My dad was born in Bombay, India and speaks both fluently but didn't teach me because my mom only speaks English. If I practice with him how long will it take me to learn Hindi?...Oh, and I might be able to go to India to visit family for a full immersion. BTW I'm 16

It depends what kind of learner u r, if your a quick thinker, memorize quickly, and have the self esteem to learn the languages then the quickest it will take would be about a month or 2.Hope this helps.
