Learning Japanese Help??

Question

I'm currently learing TEACH YOURSELF JAPANESE which is a book+audio. I find it hard because I can't ask for help and when I get an answer wrong in the book and I don't get a proper explanation. Which do you reccomend more? Software or audio/book??

possibly a person..? take classes, that way you can ask if you get something wrong. in addition to that, keep the books and software.
