Learning TO PLAY ELECTRIC GUITAR?

I bought a electric guitar and i wanna learn how to play it any sites that can teach me for free?

I agree ultimate-guitar is a great site to learn how to play, but I think you should try bass. There are TOO many guitar players out there

I'm not crazy about the free sites, they are not very complete, the paying ones are much better......but give these a try, maybe one of them will get you started, good luck !!!!!!

Forget using a site, what you need is a real guitar teacher.  That's the best way to learn, unless you just want to learn tabs, which is the easiest thing to play, you can go to http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/                         Pick your favorite band, or song, and look up tabs, not the guitar pro tabs (unless you have guitar pro).  Pick the songs with the 5 star ratings.  Learning to read tabs are easy, just google it or something.
