  1. What is your question?  The way you have worded it is NOT proper English.  You have a long way to go before you are qualified to work in an embassy.

  2. English is not enogh to work in federal o goverment jobs. You need a long process to do. First of all you need to be a US Citizen if you are from anothes country. Second one you need to get a dregree plan or  if is better your Mater in Criminal Justices  in immigration. If is possible to speak more than 2 languages depents in what country is the embassy.

  3. no,ask the state dept.

  4. It depends of what country 's embassy do you want to work,

sometimes they want you to speak  french, because all diplomats speak french, buy what do you want to do in an embassy? and for which country, you have to be more explicit

  5. Some embassies will only employ their own nationals but, of those that will employ people of other nationalities, they are otherwise like any other employer. If you have skills that they need & you pass for their employment requirements you'll get the job.

Speaking the language of an embassy's home country would be a nice touch, that might be one of their requirements, but a good command of spoken & written English helps greatly towards gaining employment with any employer in any English speaking country.

Incidentally, the international language of diplomacy is American English, although Britain's diplomats don't use that version - something about us inventing the language.
