Learning laptop?

Can anyone recommend which learning laptop is best for a 4 year old girl?

my daughter plays on the computer, and she learnt to use the paint etc..

I have asked my neighbours who have young children this question and they are devided between V-tech and Geo-Safari.  Both machines are very good according to these people, and they say that the machine grows with the child with the addition of more advanced programs.  Hope this helps.
