I have my own car and i usually practise with my dad, but want to know what the requirments are for somebody to accompany you? is it 21 plus having a license for 2 years? If someone has their license for two years but are only 20, can you get points on your license for this?

  1. you got to have had license for 3 years and be 21

  2. they must be over 21 AND have held a full licence for 3 years. if you don't meet both criteria you will be taken to court and will incur both penalty points and a fine. If you have an accident your insurance will be invalid

  3. If you want to practise your driving with an accompanying driver, the accompanying driver must be over the age of 21 and must have held (and still hold) a full licence, in the relevant vehicle category, for three years.

  4. over 21 with 3 years.you would be driving outwith the requirements of your licence, you would be charged with driving without a licence not co driver.

  5. They have to be at least 21 years old AND full licence for 3 years, not OR

  6. 21 and 3 years

    OR

private land with owners permission = NO INSURANCE, DONT HAVE TO BE 21 OR HAVE A LICENSE :D
