1. practice

    practice

    practice

    that is what you need.

i remember when i first started i did the same thing, dont worry about it.

a good idea would to get a song or some kind of music that used the chords you know and learn it.

slowly. if you do it slowly then work up the speed then it will get better.

don't worry about looking at the fretboard

that is totally normal as well.

after you have more experiance you wont have to look but for now you will.

as for how to finger them, it really is whatever works best for you.

in the future it would help to finger them all on at once.

but for now putting them down individually is fine

  2. Fantasitic!!! Especially for only playing for 2 days. I would reccomend doingboth 1 and 2 in a type of mix. Here, this is what I did when I was learning:

First, think of what the chord looks like in your mind. Then make that form of a pattern with your fingers. Mess your fingers up and put that form on the guitar 1 by 1.

Don't rush yourself. Build up speed in time. You just need to practice a ton. I have been playing for 4 years and I practice about 1-3 hours a day at minimum. Just because I love it. But you soon build speed. Try some neew chords too. Make sure you know your 1st ones though. Then put series of chords together. Like with the chords you use I would use, D, A, E, A, and then repeat. And put it in a strumming pattern.

When you learn C put it like: G, D, C, D. It sounds really cool. Don't just do straight strumming too. Mix it up. Do a long short short. Try some new things.

    Good Luck!
