Lease a lot in mexico...?

my family and i were thinking about leasing a lot in mexico. my friend had bought an RV and brought hers down to a lot she leased and she said it was only $30,000. so my family and i were thinking about buying an RV, leasing a mexico lot and keeping it down there, and then when we go to mexico wed fly.

heres my questions.

how much would it cost to buy a small moter home/RV? and gas to drive it ALL the way to mexico...keep in mind its deisel, which is like 5 dollars now.

how much would a lot be?

wheres the best place to lease a lot in mexico?

and....

someone said its only 100,000 for a MANSION in mexico....is that true? could we really afford a mansion?

we are a middle class family, and dont go on vacation much, could we lease a mansion?

please answer, 10 points!!!

  1. No, a mansion cannot be bought for $100,000. Prices in Mexico are good, but not that good. You can get a nice home in Mazatlan for $150,000 to $250,000 USD. Some places in Mexico are cheaper, some are more expensive.

    There are private campgrounds in Mexico, Baja has a few (Mulije for one) where you can lease a space for 5 or 10 years. But be VERY careful. Leases here are ambiguous and not always dependable. Purchasing WITH a bank trust is dependable, but without a trust, or leasing, is very iffy.


  2. You will find a comfortable house for 100,00 USD now. There are Mansions in Mexico for $1 million and more.

    There are a lot of RV parks in Mexico.
