You didn't mention what county your mineral interest was in and it does make a difference as lease bonuses can go from $35 to $3500 per acre and 1/8th to 20% royalty in Oklahoma. I doubt it would be a re-entry from what you said, so yes, a new drill if you want to call it that. I'd need to know what county to be able to help you out more.
