Right now the lowest a player can be paid that has been signed before the start of the season is $711,517  Its really messed up now players get that much money.  Last season CJ Watson on the Warriors was paid about $125,000

Kevin Garnett is the highest paid right now I think at $24,751,934 a season

Garnett has to be the highest paid of all time (almost $25 mill last season).  Of course this is only salary and doesn't account for endorsements.  Not sure of the lowest yet, there are still a lot of undrafted rookies yet to get offers and will make less than half a mill.
