  1. A 2nd Class ticket from the Cadorna Rail Station will cost you Euro 3.50 and the trip lasts about an hour.....

Take the bus direct so you don't have to change in the city... you'll save time and energy.

  2. Take the bus from the airport to Milan.  Take the train to lake Como.

  3. There's a direct bus from Malpensa to Como for 13 euro (about an hour). You can get a combined ticket for the bus and boat if your final destination is somewhere else on the lake.

The bus to Milano Centrale station is 5 euro (about an hour). From there you can take a train to Como San Giovani station for 3.50 to 6.50 depending on the train. (40 to 60 minutes plus waiting time at the station). The Cisalpino trains will cost more.

A third option is to take the train from the airport to the Cadorna station in Milan and then a train to Como. It will a bit cost more but the station in Como is by the lake. You'll have to take a taxi or walk a few blocks from the other station.

Personally, I'd take the direct bus for the convenience and savings in time depending on the arrival time of the flight.
