  1. fruits and veggies in general.

    big time fillers are avocado and the potato.

    let alone corn on the cob.


  2. Turkey and chicken, protein is very filling and keeps you going for longer than the other food groups, turkey and chicken are low fat meat options (grilled of course)

  3. Monavie fruit juice. i use it as a meal replacement once a day and it works great.  mymonavie.com/believeandachieve. it contains juice from 19 different fruits and it will suppress your appetite very well. 4 ozs. is equivalent to eating 13 fruits/veggies. kind of expensive but worth it.

  4. grilled meat or fish with salad or veg, proteins really filling try to cut down your carbs not to much though!

  5. Protein foods are the most filling i.e. chicken, steak, beef, pork, eggs.

  6. Hard boiled eggs with heaps of black pepper on.

    I can eat dry bread which I find filling, especially whole grain.

  7. Fruits and Salads are your best friends!

  9. You can honestly make anything you eat low cal by eating the proper portion One serving of almost anything is generally fair game Some meat substitutes I use to give a good bite with little calories are mushrooms & eggplant
