There are a bunch who make them. Harley has some in their stored but way overpriced IMO. What leathers you wear and where did you get your best wears?

  1. Personally, I prefer the leather/textile jackets that have leather on the parts likely to contact the road and fabric along the insides of the sleeves, armpits, etc. to allow some airflow. Whatever you do, don't go with just a plain, liner-less leather jacket. The inside is a bit grippy, so if you end up pavement surfing, the outside of the leather grabs the road, the inside of it grabs your skin and you end up in some pain.

My favorite light summer jacket is made by FirstGear. I also have a Bellstaff (not leather) that I wear when it's cold or rainy.

  2. My leather jacket came out of a Harley-Davidson dealership.

Yes, they are over-priced.....so I waited until clearence.

  3. I bought my and my wife's jacket at the HD dealer. they are not over priced, they are the best.

  4. Never wear 'em.  Even in freezing weather, I find a turtleneck and nylon lined jacket are enough, and leathers are way too heavy, expensive, and what do you do with them when you stop?  You sure don't leave 'em on the bike i bet....but who's gonna steal a $29 jacket from KMart?

  5. Cyclegear I have a store in my city ,here is there web address

    cyclegear.com

  6. I like Vanson Leathers.

  7. Foxcreek

  8. Hudson Leather in Ohio, high quality heavy duty stuff.

    http://www.hudsonleather.com/

  9. i wear a leather jacket and pants i got from a biker bar that also sold leather and HD stuff

$100 for the jacket $75 for the pants
