Leave For Vacation Tomorrow Morning 4 AM; Have A Cyst Or Big Red Bump Pimple???

On my left cheek 2 inches below my eye, its like a big red bump with no head, I think its a cyst, but its RED and it stands out from my whole face, because I Have White Skin, How can I get rid of this. I tried Benzoyl Peroxide, Salicylic Acid, Hot Compress, Visine, Nothing brings this sucker down or stop the redness. What can I do by the end of tonight before I Get to the Airport. Anything to bring it a notch down from the redness. Leave Monday 8/18/08 4 Am- Arrive 5 Am; HELP.

PUT TOOTHPASTE ON IT, LEAVE IT THERE FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE, THEN WASH IT OFF. IT MIGHT BURN.

OR, MIX HONEY WITH CINNAMON,MILK AND 1 EGG AND PUT IT ON LIKE A FACE MASK. KEEP ON FOR 15 MINUTES THEN RINSE ORR.
