Question:

Leave it or Exercise?

About 3 hours ago, I bought myself a Chicken and Stuffing sandwich from M&S and ate the whole thing.

About 2 hours later, my mum wanted me to sit with her and have some dinner (small piece of steak, green beans and chicken. I didn't eat the chicken).

She had also brought home a load of desserts, one of them being a chocolate sponge with thick cream in the middle. I had two small slices since it tasted so good.

I weight 6st 8lb and exercise after dinner to stop me feeling full, otherwise I can't sleep properly and feel really bloated the next day.

I tried to do a little excercise, but my under arm is really sore (my cat scratched me because my brother was teasing him while I was holding him).

Should I do some exercise to burn this food off? How long will I have to exercise to burn it off? Or should I just let it stay in my stomach?
