My boss told me today to think what I want for my leaving present, and I haven't a clue. I'm female, 20 and been with the company a year and a half. How much roughly? The company like buying presents from places like John Lewis etc so what do I ask for? How much will they wanna spend? Roughly?

  1. I would ask for a new hand bag for my new job - that way they can get this no matter how much money they want to spend.

  2. www.purpleavenue.co.uk

they do gift boxes for all occasions.

    and they're YUMMY too

so when you leave, you can put your feet up for a while with these gift box contents

    enjoy xx

  3. ask for anything like an i-pod nano or something, you wont go back to working there again so get them to spend a little on you =) not like your going to be seeing them all soon to be feeling guilty about asking for an expensive prezzie

  4. I got tokens once for beauty treatments which i really appreciated.

  5. In my home, we think of three things we would like to have for birthday or Christmas, etc.

We make the list known to the buyers. That way, they get to pick, and we get what we want. It is still a surprise because we don't know what they will pick from our list.

I would suggest to visit John Lewis online and consider a few moderately priced items.

It sounds like a great company to work for!

Good luck to you in your future endeavors!

  6. just say that you like surprises...that way they can do the choosing

  7. rugby ball

  8. Just ask for a pint from them. Not. This is where im serious. Ask for a stunning party but to make it special is not the gifts that you get, but the true friends that come to the party. Hope this will help you. Unless you want gifts. In which case, ask for something you've always wanted.
