Leaving college, a card and note for my teacher, help please?

im leaving college and my form tutor has helped me a lot, i went through deep depression and she tried so much not to give up college and now that its over. im writing a note to her but i dont know how to end it..

for example...your a brilliant teacher..

i just need help on the ending to tell her shes a briliant teacher

You could write: Your a brilliant teacher you have helped me so much during college. We went the some good times but also bad time. You were there for me and i will always remember that. Thanks so much. You really helped me.
