Leaving for london tomorow and cant sleep!?

its going to be a long ride and i HATE those but ive been looking forward to this for a while and cant sleep! any tips to deal with long trips (9 hours+) and the anxiety!

  1. Tylenol PM works great too.  Sleep as much on the plane as you can!  Because you'll be exhausted if you don't.  You won't want to sleep when you get there.


  2. Relax! Have something to read, eat, or anything you could do during your travel. play PSP, listen to MP3, etc.

  3. Well there are a few ways to chill. My first thought would be to do some light exercise - a great way to calm oneself. Masturbation is another way to shake of the anxiety.
