Leaving the country tomorrow morning ... Help !?

I'm leaving the country tomorrow morning, so you'd think that i'd solved my problems already, but ... you'd be wrong. Okay here's the bakground info: I'm moving to Russia so I can attend a very prestigious dance school which leads directly into Russia's best dance company. I was born in Russia and lived there for the first 7 years of my life. Then I came to Australia. I am now 13 and moving back to Russia. What's the problem, you ask ?

When I left Russia, I left behind many dear friends. What if I come back and they're completely different (they would be, seeing as they were 7 & 8 when I last saw them) ? Won't it be weird ? What will I say to them ?

Also, I've been in contact with my dearest male friend from Russia. He is very eager to see me again. I don't really remember what he used to look like, but apparently, he's extremely good-looking and all the girls want to go out with him. Won't it be weird being friends with someone like this ?

Also, does anyone know if the schooling system in Russia is really strict ? I can't remember ...

Thanks.

  3. here's MY background...

I was born in Poland. When I was 7 I moved to Belarus, when I was 10, I moved to UK, lived there for a year went to Germany for 3 months, came to UK, and then went to cyprus.

In total I changed 20 schools and 30 livings.

I hardly have any friends... Well, f*ck those who you didn't keep in contact with, most important are those who want to be back with you :)

  4. just have fun with it your lucky youhave a talent of dance just see your frineds and hold up a picture of you and them and be like remeber me an they should remeber you and as for the schooling sysyem i am not sure

  5. Don't worry everything will be fine. It is normal that you have some concerns about friends and schooling system. Once you go there everything will be solved. I believe that your old friends want to see you again and be friends with you. Also you can always find new friends right? It is really great that you have a good friend who can help with adjusting. Don't worry. Just be proud of yourself that you will be attending to a very pretigious dance school and have a good future. Not every 13-year-old girl is given this chance. Good Luck!
