  1. AN opinion on what?

  2. Here are our 5 most recent diner reviews for Le Cafe du Jardin.

Katherine O'Hanlon 16/12/06 - We had a lovely evening here on Saturday - Great food and lovely champagne. Disappointed there was no pianist as advertised online and the atmosphere was slightly dampened by downstairs not being full

Marcus Savage 15/12/06 - The Food was good - the service not completely attentive but fine.

    Overall a very enjoyable lunch.

William Lash 09/12/06 - Crowded as expected in December, thus good ambience. Food well cooked and tasty. Service off its best. Table very dark, difficult to read menus, or isee the plates. Overall OK not exceptional.

Victoria Todd 08/12/06 - Service was quite poor - the reason I asked for the 15% service charge to be removed! Finally got the Toptable menu on 3rd attempt - had already decided what to order and then changed. Food was nice.

Lisa Gibson 07/12/06 - Not the cheapest place in the world (far better when there is a deal on) but it is still a really nice place to go for dinner. Great service and the food is delicious.

    Hope this helps

  3. DON'T touch it with a bargepole.

Read these reviews from the London Restaurant Guide:

I eat out in town 2 or 3 times a week and I visit some of the est restaurants (The Ivy / Wiltons / River Cafe / Petrus).

I have been to Cafe du Jardin twice in the last 6 months and have experienced a dreadful meal and very poor service on both occasions.
