Left Head/Forearms going Numb? - what to do?

i have a doctors appt tomarrow.. but i have something new to tell him and dont know what i should do..

just be quiet and dont say anythuing about it.. or tell him that my left hand and forearms have been going numb alot lately.. almost everyday.. every hr.. it just goes numb. and i have to shake it or rub it so my blood flows back into it and it get normal sensation again.....

what to do guys??

what is that caused from?.. cause i just started getting in within this month alone..

  1. I would definitely recommend telling the doctor about the issue with the forearm and left side of the head going numb.  There are a number of possibilities for what could be causing this such as a pinched nerve (an example only).
