Left a silicone liner in a self-cleaning oven when...

Hi There;
I turned on the self-cleaning element in my Beaumark self-cleaning oven and accidently left a silicone liner in the oven. After the cleaning was over, I loked in an the liner was part powder, part fused to the bottom of the oven. Any suggestions on what to do or do I have to buy a new range.
