Question:

Left ankle problems?

I've had this problem for about 6 months now. Every time I lift my left foot up it makes a loud clicking noise. So every time I walk I'm accompanied by this annoying clicking sound. It sounds like the bone is snapping. Its been so loud at times my mum thought I had broken my ankle. The same thing happened in a football match, the guy tackled me, the snap came, and he asked if he had broken my ankle.

Sometimes I wonder if one day I'll be walking and I'll actually snap the bone.

Any advice?

  1. It is more likely to be a problem with tendons or ligaments but it would probably be a good idea to see your GP to get it checked out.  Take care.

  2. its sometimes callused my cartilage problems or joint problems. if its not hearting don't worry about it, personally i would go to my doctors just to be safe.
