Left bud not working properly

Question

ive been using these earphones for almost 9 months and all of a sudden the left bud is very very soft. i tried switching them around to make sure it wasnt just my ears but its definately the earbud itself. i took the rubber ear canal thing off and cleaned all of it but they just arent working right! i dont know what to do now
