Question:

Left elbow injuries, but plays right handed tennis?

I've started to experience pain in my left elbow when I bend it inward towards my body, but the weird thing is, I don't even use it when I play tennis. I have a one-handed forehand and a one-handed backhand, both using my right hand. I've never experienced any pain before in my right elbow, but I've been experiencing pain in my left elbow for some reason. I play everyday for about 2-3 hours, so maybe fatigue? Not sure...

Can anyone help?

  1. My guess would be gardening.  Gardening takes down almost as many elbows as tennis.

  2. if you are a righty and you have pain in the left arm, most likely it is not from tennis. review your daily routine, see what have you been using your left arm, that could be the answer.

    good luck.
